EXCURSION – Regenerative Livable Built Environments

As part of the 4th International Seminar on Livable Space 2025, the Excursion – “Regenerative Livable Built Environments” invites participants to explore a series of innovative destinations in BSD City that exemplify the future of sustainable urban living.
The tour includes visits to the Green Office Park, Indonesia’s first internationally certified green office district; The Breeze, an open-air lifestyle center that harmonizes nature and public space; and Serbaraja Toll Park, a transformed infrastructure space that now serves as a vibrant community park. Participants will also experience the integrated TOD Intermoda, promoting public transport and walkable lifestyles; and QBIG BSD, a retail complex featuring large-format stores and expansive green areas. The journey continues through Eonna, a residential cluster inspired by Japanese simplicity and sustainability, and Eastvara, a dynamic new social and commercial destination.
This curated excursion offers valuable insights into how built environments can be reimagined to support regeneration, connectivity, and human well-being.
